I work mainly with adults and also have experience working with children.  Counselling and psychotherapy are both means of working with you to support you to understand and heal crises or painful times and in identifying the way forward.

I work with small groups (up to 6) to facilitate increased self awareness and growth, providing an ideal opportunity to find some of the inner wisdom we possess at the same time as practicing building stronger, healthier relationships.

I offer a variety of workshops on The Birth Story, Stress Awareness and Keeping Ourselves Well.
Workshops can be  either  one or two days.  I also design and deliver a variety of other workshops tailored to individuals and organisations needs.

I worked at a senior level in a large organisation and developed my own business consultancy practice supporting others with: visioning; team work; conflict resolution, and in meeting training needs. I am able to support you to develop the skills you need.
